"Boost.space is a game-changer for organizing workflows and data sync"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What I love most about Boost.space is how it centralizes and connects data across different tools and teams. The modules are powerful and flexible, and the visual interface makes it easy to build and automate workflows without needing to code. It has helped us save time, reduce human error, and stay more organized. I also appreciate how customizable it is from CRM to inventory to task management, it adapts to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The learning curve in the beginning can be a bit steep, especially if you're not used to modular systems or no-code automation. Some features could use better documentation or tutorial videos. However, the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A difficult, but ultimately very rewarding experience I'm glad that I gave a chance"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

It really does everything you can think of. I'm still only using preset integrations as I am still learning and I was still able to set it up to manage everything from a lead coming in to the entire outreach campaign and CRM entry for it without having to press a button. The database functionality allows me to have a central hub for all my data that integrates with boost space versus relying on Google sheets like most other options. The potential here is near limitless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

It really just is learning how to use it. They do the best they can with documentation, but other things aren't so obvious and I've had to give up on a few small things I just couldn't get quite right. It's the most rewarding when you take the time to learn it, versus an option like zapier that's biggest strength is ease of use and speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation & Centralized Data—Worth the Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost.space has quickly become an essential tool in my tech stack. The range of features for automating workflows and centralizing data is impressive, especially with seamless integration to 2,000+ apps. Connecting various sources and automating repetitive tasks has saved me countless hours—once you’re up and running, it just works.

A few things stand out:

Integrations: Connecting other platforms feels almost effortless, and the built-in modules cover most business needs like Contacts, Tasks, Orders, and Products.

Customization: You can tailor modules and fields to exactly what you need, which is fantastic for unique workflows.

Automation: The Integrator engine is rock solid. Automating complex processes is simple once you get the hang of it.

Support: Whenever I hit a roadblock, the customer support team is quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about user success.

Ongoing Improvements: The pace of development is impressive. Features keep getting added and existing ones improved—AI integrations and more are on the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The only downside is the initial setup. There’s a learning curve, especially if you’re new to automation platforms or have complex data sources. It took some practice and time with tutorials before everything clicked and worked flawlessly. Once past that hurdle, though, Boost.space delivers as promised. "Finally! BS is a SaaS that brings it all together!"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What I absolutely love about Boost.space is the way it cuts through the noise. It's like a magic wand for chaos. My team used to struggle with scattered tools and disconnected workflows .. it felt like playing an endless game of whack-a-mole. But with Boost.space, everything flows. The centralized hub has completely transformed how we work. Instead of spending hours hunting down data or switching tabs, all our tools talk to each other seamlessly. From marketing reports to sales insights, it's all there, synced, and actionable. Plus, the integration options (Slack, HubSpot, you name it) make it ridiculously versatile. Oh, and kudos to the user-friendly design .. it's rare to find a tool this powerful and simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

For all its strengths, there are a few things that could use some polishing. The customization options .. while extensive, it can feel overwhelming at first. It took my team a bit of trial and error to set up workflows that really clicked for us. A bit more hand-holding during onboarding (like step-by-step templates or guided walkthroughs) would go a long way. Also, for smaller teams or solo users, some of the advanced features might feel like overkill. But honestly, these are minor nitpicks compared to the value it brings. "Streamlined all our workflows in one powerful platform"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost.space makes it incredibly easy to centralize multiple tools and workflows into one integrated system. The user interface is clean, the automation options are extensive, and the ease of integration with third-party apps has saved us countless hours. I also appreciate how quickly we were able to implement it across our team with minimal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

Initially, the wide range of features felt a bit overwhelming, especially for team members new to modular systems. However, once we got familiar with the platform, it turned out to be highly intuitive. A more guided onboarding for beginners could improve the initial experience. "A great tool for automation and centralization of data!"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

I've been using Boost.space for several months now, and it has completely transformed the way our team handles data integration and synchronization. What used to take hours of manual updates across multiple platforms now happens automatically and in real-time. The interface is intuitive, the modular system is incredibly flexible, and their customer support is responsive and genuinely helpful.

One of the standout features is how easily Boost.space connects with other tools we already use—no more siloed data or clunky workarounds. It’s allowed us to build a more cohesive workflow and focus on what matters most: driving results. Highly recommend it to any business looking to scale smarter, not harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The platform is incredibly powerful, but there’s a bit of a learning curve when first setting it up. Some of the more advanced configurations take time to understand. That said, once it’s up and running, the value it delivers definitely outweighs the initial effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionary Platform Pioneering the New Era of Business Automation"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

After actually using boost.space, I find it to be an overall highly satisfying platform. I believe it serves as a powerful solution, especially for companies seeking business process automation.

Outstanding Features

Exceptional Support System

What impressed me most is the excellent customer support. I receive appropriate responses quickly, which allows me to smoothly resolve any concerns during implementation and questions that arise during operation. The high quality of the support team, which responds carefully even to technical questions, is outstanding compared to other platforms.

Perfect Integration Between Database and Automation

I particularly find the smooth integration between the database and automation flows to be excellent. I can intuitively set up automated processes triggered by data updates and information synchronization between multiple data sources, which has significantly improved operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

Custom Field Management

The custom field deletion function is somewhat hard to find, and I find myself searching for it each time. It would be more user-friendly if it were placed in a more obvious location in the UI.

iOS App Performance

The iOS app sometimes feels a bit slow in operation. This might be due to geographical factors since I'm accessing from Japan, but I hope for performance improvements to enhance mobile work efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Use an ai to flatten the steep onboarding curve & you'll get HUGE value right back out of it."
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost.space is a game-changer for anyone looking to truly centralize and leverage their data. What I like best is its unparalleled ability to extract specific data from various external sources (like ClickUp and Google Sheets in my case) and consolidate it into dynamic, self-updating dashboards. This has been incredibly powerful for creating personalized, real-time insights that were previously impossible to achieve without manual, time-consuming effort. The promise of an "AI-Ready data sync platform" is absolutely delivered, especially with the built-in AI features that can clean, tag, and enrich your data. It truly unifies your entire ecosystem into one hub, enabling faster automation and smarter decisions. The integration with over 2,200 tools is also a massive advantage for future scalability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

My primary dislike revolves around the initial learning curve. It's genuinely very hard to understand and grasp aspects of Boost.space at first. It took a significant amount of time and effort to figure out what was going on, how to use it effectively, and the purpose of each feature. The onboarding experience, particularly the demos and training videos, could be significantly improved. Personally, I found the way information was conveyed by the founder very challenging to comprehend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible value for the price"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What I like best about Boost.space is how it gives me complete control over how our operational data is organized and connected. As someone running a small management consultancy, I appreciate being able to centralize our invoicing, CRM, and other key datasets in one place without relying on multiple disconnected tools.

The most helpful part is how easy it is to customize the modules to match our specific workflows. I can create the structure we need without writing code, and that flexibility saves time and reduces errors. Automations and data syncing between my various systems help keep everything aligned—especially when juggling multiple clients and internal processes.

The biggest upside for me is that Boost.space helps us operate like a much larger, more integrated team. It brings clarity, consistency, and speed to our daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The biggest downside is that there is a learning curve to get the most from Boost.Space. There are videos and online documentation to help you as you begin migrating to Boost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Just getting started—but already excited by what's possible"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What I appreciate most is the concept of having a centralised data hub that connects all the tools I use. The integrations are extensive and surprisingly easy to set up, even for someone who's not deeply technical. The platform feels thoughtfully built, and once you understand the basics, implementing automations becomes more intuitive. I'm still exploring everything it can do, but I already find myself logging in regularly as I build out my workflows. The potential to save time and reduce errors is definitely a big upside. Customer support has always been there when i needed it, so this is a huge upside when getting to know the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

As a new user, the biggest challenge has been the initial learning curve. Some features could benefit from more onboarding guidance or beginner-friendly examples. While setup is technically straightforward, understanding how to get the most out of the system takes time. I wouldn’t say it's difficult to use, but it does require a bit of patience up front before it "clicks." That said, I’ve seen consistent improvement as I use it more frequently.
